Wanneroo Centre

Wanneroo was the first kidzbiz centre. The centre is located in a quiet residential area on the same street as the Wanneroo Primary School. Kidzbiz Wanneroo is the longest established daycare centre in the Wanneroo region. We opened our doors in 1996 when Wanneroo was still surrounded by market gardens and rural lots. The service’s best advertising is ‘Word of Mouth’. Our happy clients, past & present, spread their enjoyable experiences about our community-style centre and we often have cousins and repeat clients coming back years later with new additions to their families. This service really does have a family feel about it.

Our educators are experienced and long term. The children receive attentive and personal care and this allows for individual characteristics to be developed. Positive interactions with the children’s peers and carers, is also encouraged to develop each child’s self-esteem and confidence.

The children’s care rooms are warm and inspiring. This supportive environment allows the children to learn through playing with the open ended resources in a program that fosters each child’s creativity. The importance of play is valued and the children are not rushed through their day. Projects under construction are often left out for the child to continue adding to when they next return. We believe this is the children’s environment and educators respect how the children manipulate it with their multitude of interests.

Kidzbiz have the best and biggest grassed playgrounds you will find in Perth. The playground at Wanneroo is located behind the centre, away from the road.  The owners have always been vigilant with security and that is why the playground has an enclosed colourbond fence. No one can see or access the children. Kidzbiz have real grass, trees, sand and a fantastic play equipment structure. The children have a vegetable garden, a worm farm, plants and pets to care for.

Kidzbiz aim to make our services a ‘Home away from home’ for every child. When we see happy, busy children and happy families chatting with educators and the atmosphere is positive and vibrant, we know that our aim is being achieved.
