Kidzbiz Sport & Recreation Care operate Outside of School Hours Care from Hollywood Primary School. The service provides: Before and After School Care; Care on Pupil Free Days and Vacation Care.

Kidz Biz Sport & Recreation Care operates from Nedlands Primary School. This service is expected to open in late November 2020. We provide a delivery and collection service to other local schools.

The service provides: Before school care; After school care; Pupil free day care and Vacation care.We welcome all children aged from 4 to 12 years of age from Nedlands Primary and surrounding local Primary schools. The service opens at 6.30am for Before School Care and closes at 6pm for After School Care. During the school holidays our Vacation Care program operates all day from 6.30am to 6pm, Monday to Friday.

The service offers the Government Child Care Subsidy to reduce childcare costs for families.

Our programs are fun and interactive with a focus on sport activities. Every day at Kidz Biz we provide a varied program offering children a choice of exciting incursions, excursions, swimming sessions, arts & crafts, sports skill training, cooking, drama and so many more fun activities!

Our fee includes all nutritious meals prepared by our onsite cook. Breakfast for before school care, Afternoon Tea for after school care and all meals during Vacation Care.

Kidz Biz have the use of the school’s Altius Centre, hard courts, playgrounds and swimming pool. This allows our sports program to cater for the children’s sporting interests and provides versatility to suit the weather conditions. Children are encouraged to participate in some form of physical exercise each day.

Before school care provides breakfast for children who arrive before 7.30am. The morning program provides children with a choice of quieter, indoor fun activities including yoga, arts & crafts, board games, construction equipment, puzzles, reading, listening to stories or music, free indoor play time with friends in the interest corner and so on. After school care provides a nutritious, progressive afternoon tea which is available for children to graze on at their leisure from 3 to 3.45pm and later a smaller snack is provided at 5pm. The children have a varied range of indoor and outdoor sport and activities to choose from, weather permitting.

Vacation Care provides children with a cooked lunch, as well as morning and afternoon tea, each day from rotating nutritious menus. The program is extensive, safe, interactive, focused on children’s interests and is designed with the children’s input. Incursions and Excursions require parental permission and forms accompany the Vacation Care program which is distributed via email to our families. Bookings are often limited, so we require early enrolments for this program. Children do more at Kidz Biz than they could fit in at home!

Delivery and Collection of Children to and from their Class: On-site at Nedlands Primary School.

The children who attend Nedlands Primary will be walked to their class area. The younger children in  Pre-Primary and Year 1 will be taken into their classroom and settled in with our educators if they are feeling anxious. After school the children from pre-primary and year 1 will be collected from their classroom and the children in year 2 to year 6 will meet our educators in front of the Altius centre.
